Bolloré Logistics is looking to add a full-time **Customs Agent **to its team in Richmond, BC We are looking for a dynamic individual to kick start their career in logistics.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean, and ground shipments.
- Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.
- Ensure the delivery of merchandise.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the different governments and the ISO standards set out by the company.
- Assist customers with customs processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience.
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation an asset
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
