**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling team members
- Maintain inventory levels and manage food preparation processes to ensure freshness and quality
- Utilize POS systems (such as Micros POS) for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Implement and uphold food safety regulations and health standards
- Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Previous experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with Micros POS is a plus
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
- Barista experience is considered an asset
