Home Hardware has a fantastic opportunity for an
**Organizational Effectiveness Specialist** to join our Human Resources
***Team. In this exciting role, you will support the design and implementation of organizational development programs related to inclusion and diversity, Team Member engagement and communication, performance management, and succession planning - to ensure alignment with the company's strategy and road-map.

**What You'll Do**:

- Project manage inclusion and engagement initiatives, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and on budget. Report results, analysis, and recommendations to Leadership.
- Support the design and implementation of performance management and succession planning programs. Facilitate processes throughout the year to drive high performance and to build the talent pipeline.
- Implement, monitor, and recommend employee engagement activities as they relate to matters of retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Contribute to the establishment of metrics to measure progress of Home Hardware’s culture initiatives. Evaluate programs and make recommendations to improve future activities.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant market trends and developments around Team Member engagement and diversity and use them to come up with fresh ideas to engage Team Members.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of related experience with a college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Communications preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience leveraging organizational development best practices.
- Collaborative work style with the ability to consult, solicit input, influence, and support decision making.
- Strong project management skills and experience in; planning, time management, stakeholder and vendor management.
- Organized, able to prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative thinker who can bring new insights and programs to action.
- Aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguous situations.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills; getting results with and through others.
- Driven to achieve results and execute on priorities.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- CHRP or CHRL designation or a willingness to work towards designation would be considered an asset.
