**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Leads Provided
- Contact Business Owners and Present Benefit Packages
- Sell Benefit Packages
**Qualifications**:
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Able to quickly build a rapport with business owners
- Positive attitude with high energy level
- Resilient and tenacious
- A self-starter who is adaptable
- Previous experience preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry an asset
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proactive
- Communicare in a clear, direct, and prompt manner
- Friendly but direct, factual, and persuasive
- A good listener
- Excellent on the phone and in person
- Very organized, working in a streamlined, organized manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently
**Educational Requirements & Experience**:
- LLQP License
- Sales or professional background preferred
