**What will I do?**

As a **_Group Retirement Specialist_**,** you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day client administration as well as providing a broad range of support to the GRS department. The GRS Specialist plays a leading role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Provide administrative support to the VP of Group Retirement Services
- Provide support to the Sr. Group Retirement and Education Consultant
- Assist in the preparation of AIR and Financial Statement Filings
- Assist with preparation of RFP and Sales meetings when appropriate
- Assist with growing start-up plan blocks of business which include:

- Roll out the program
- Enroll members if necessary
- Assist in meeting the overall growth objectives of the GRS division with PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
- Assist in the creation of social media posts promoting GRS on various platforms
- Assist with building out the MGA GRS division.
- Other additional duties as assigned

**What we need from you**:

- 2+ years’ relevant experience in group retirement with a solid understanding of pension legislation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-directed, motivated, and flexible working independently, collaboratively, as well as in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office

**It’s a bonus if you have**:

- Marketing experience
- LLQP Licenced/working towards or willing to obtain
- Certification or designation (i.e. PPAC, CEBS, GBA or RPA)
