**Solution Delivery Manager**:

- Rogers is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to play a key role in solving complex business problems by turning data into actionable insights through conceptualizing, designing, developing and testing analytical solutions as required.
- This individual will be expected to lead the successful delivery of several simultaneous projects working collaboratively with multiple business units, IT teams and external partners.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Review of solution designs and code to ensure alignment to Rogers' SDLC standards and gating processes
- Design & Develop Data Warehouse ETLs and reports to meet project needs.
- Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to create / review solution designs.
- Drive value-added decision through requirements and design phases of projects to align with Rogers’ strategic goals.
- Overseeing vendor delivery of solution design and code to follow standards.
- Driving Process and Tool improvements to optimize Rogers’ operations and cost efficiencies.
- Develop solution standards for code, documentation and designs to ensure best in class solutions.
- Manage relationships and expectations with Stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in teams to meet fast-paced deliverables with quality and efficiency.
- Mentoring Rogers’ employees (SME knowledge, industry best practices, design standards)

**What You Need to Have (mandatory)**
- Minimum of 3 years of Data Warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Azure Databricks & scripting experience.
- Proficient with SQL queries, query optimization and table design.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple high priority projects \ deliverables.

**Nice to Have**:

- Minimum of 1 years of Informatica Developer & scripting experience.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Control-M, PowerBI, and Tableau are assets
