**Sparsh Wellness Retreat** is a multidisciplinary clinic committed to offering comprehensive treatment options for our patients. With a diverse range of services—including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, RCC, Acupuncture, Naturopath, Kinesiology and more—we have quickly become a busy and growing clinic in Vancouver.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain accreditation and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including therapist management, customer service, sales, marketing, branding and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to staff, practitioners, and patients.
- Lead the training and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure top-tier customer service standards are upheld. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold the facility's reputation.
- Coordinate patient care plans and educate clients on available services.
- Develop, propose and lead implementation of business strategies to achieve clinic goals.
- Supervise staff, manage scheduling, and delegate tasks effectively. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote professional development and improve service delivery.
- Create protocols to enhance staff productivity.
- Act as a liaison between patients, practitioners, and staff.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Assist in employee performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Cultivate a warm and friendly work environment, leading by example.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain accreditation and quality standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinical management role.
- Proven leadership experience (2+ years).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with sound judgment.
- Background in Business Management or a related field.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage with patients and healthcare providers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker.
- Capable of strategic learning to enhance sales.
- Creative problem-solver and self-starter.
- Adaptable and reliable, with a flexible schedule.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Emotional maturity is essential

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
