**Job Description**:
Rendez Vous RV Park and East Side Storage is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you are an outgoing and motivated person who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and can handle various responsibilities independently, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Reservation Management:

- Customer Service:

- Handle telephone/reception duties.
- Welcome guests and optimize their vacation experience.
- Conduct campground and storage audits.
- Make collection calls when necessary.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Promote and advertise the park and storage facility on social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts to attract customers.

Business Operations:

- Process U-Haul rentals and provide services to self-storage customers.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily cash out reports.
- Conduct inventory updates and audits.
- Complete reservations for campground, U-Haul, and storage facility.

Propane Distribution:

- Distribute and sell propane to customers.

Event Planning:

- Assist in planning and organizing events at the facility.

Qualifications:

- Initiative and Communication:

- Strong initiative and confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer Service:

- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Friendly demeanor.

Organizational Skills:

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Computer Skills:

- Comfort with computers is essential.
- Experience with computer-based point-of-sale systems.

Social Media:

- Experience with social media posts and advertising.

Availability:

- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

**Education**:

- Grade 12/College/University Student
