Aspire for Higher provides several sports-based programs to youth in Gr 1 - 8 around the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking a Head Sports Coach to manage our Summer Camps within Brampton from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The Head Coaches will be responsible for coaching and leading activities, providing quality customer service to parents, and ensuring the successful delivery of a fun, safe and memorable experience for all participants. We are specifically looking for basketball, soccer and multi-sport head coaches.

**Job Requirements**
- Working towards a Secondary School Diploma/College Diploma or University Degree
- Must hold a valid Emergency First Aid/CPR B Certification
- Previous experience working with children is an asset
- Previous experience playing basketball, soccer or football at a competitive level is an asset
- Employment offer is conditional upon receipt of a Criminal Record Search - Vulnerable Sector Screening

**Job responsibilities**
- To ensure supervision of campers at all times and provide a safe and enjoyable experience by adhering to all safety and emergency procedures.
- To provide quality customer service to campers, volunteers and parents
- To conduct safety checks of program equipment and facilities daily. Reporting anything that impacts the quality and safe delivery of the program in a timely manner.
- Work both independently and in a team environment to complete assigned tasks
- To perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
