This job occurs on Saturdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm in Brampton, On.

**Hourly rate**:Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $22.00 based on experience
- Job Requirements:

- Working towards a Secondary School Diploma/College Diploma or University Degree
- Previous experience working with children is an asset
- Previous experience playing basketball at a competitive level is an asset
- Employment offer is conditional upon receipt of a Criminal Record Search - Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Job Responsibilities:

- To ensure supervision of participants at all times and provide a safe and enjoyable experience by adhering to all safety and emergency procedures.
- To provide quality customer service to participants, volunteers and parents
- To conduct safety checks of program equipment and facilities daily. Reporting anything that may impact the quality and safe delivery of the program in a timely manner.
- Work both independently and in a team environment to complete assigned tasks
- To perform other related duties as assigned
- Skill Requirements:

- Proven track record of working with people and the ability to build relationships
- You are positive, enthusiastic and have an endless supply of energy.
- Strengths include attention to detail, highly organized planning, problem solving and decision-making.
- Customer service oriented and able to work independently.
- Interested in meeting new people and speaking confidently in a small group setting.
- Reliable, punctual, hard work and motivated self-starter
- Experience working with youth in a teaching environment in a sport.
- Knowledge and interest in the game of basketball, the basketball industry in the city, or the NBA/WNBA.
