**About Us**: Back to Basics Swim Academy is a premier swim school in Burlington, Ontario, dedicated to teaching swimming skills to children and adults of all ages and skill levels. We pride ourselves on our friendly and supportive environment, ensuring every student feels confident and safe in the water.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process client registrations for swimming lessons, helping clients get started on their path to success.
- Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Oversee the quality and success of sales and customer service operations, including sales functions, customer service.
- Track new inquiries, follow up within 24 hours, assess client needs, answer questions, facilitate registration, and make program or equipment recommendations.
- Conduct weekly audits for the Operations Manager, including notes, registration/withdrawal logs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate accurately and promptly all class scheduling and changes to clients, instructors, and management.
- Collaborate with instructors, current clients, and potential clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with high levels of accuracy.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Accountable and professional.
- Dedicated to providing a meaningful customer experience.
- Adaptable, energetic, and possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Experience within the hospitality industry, recreational and sports sectors, or in a client-facing role or sales.
- Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and Google Drive.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
- Schedule: 9am to 2pm Sunday to Thursday. This position will require flexibility in schedule, and could turn into a full time position.
