**Position Summary**:
Bundl Box is seeking a **Customer Retention Sales Representative** to join our Burlington office. This role focuses on retaining and re-engaging existing customers through phone-based sales and service.

**Important**: This is **not** a cold-calling or telemarketing job. You’ll be speaking only with customers who already know and trust our brand — your job is to strengthen that connection and help them continue their journey with us.

Full, paid training is provided upon successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers
- Focus on customer retention, resolving concerns and reinforcing loyalty
- Process orders and set up flexible payment plans
- Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to retention and satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and update customer accounts
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, telephone sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of meeting performance targets
- Confident, friendly, and motivated by results
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working with computer systems
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma (OSSD or equivalent)

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
