**Job description**

**Sales Representative Multiple positions**

**This is a full-time permanent position located in Burlington, Ontario.**

**We are El Nino Floors serving the Burlington, Hamilton Niagara**

**Region. We sell and install a wide variety of flooring products for both**

**residential and commercial clients.**

**We put our customers first in everything we do and are committed to**

**creating the best in class experience for potential buyers of flooring.**

**As an organization we rely on a team based environment with a**

**variety of rotating tasks and a strong focus on customer sales and**

**service.**

**The person we are looking for to join our team is an individual who will**

**bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the sales position they will**

**assume.**

**Qualifications**

**High school diploma**

**Good computer skills**

**Good communication skills**

**Minimum one year customer interaction in a professional role, either**

**face to face or over the phone**

**Flooring and Sales experience would be an asset**

**Ability to work a flexible schedule**

**Multitasker**

**Must have own vehicle**

**Salary: $16.50 to $17 per hour plus Strong Commission Structure, depending on**

**experience**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour + Commision

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Strong Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Burlington, ON L7R 2E3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7R 2E3: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
