As an Enterprise Infrastructure Lead, you will be based in our Toronto office and forming part of the Global Enterprise Infrastructure Team with members spread between UK, Malta and North America. The Enterprise IT Team is responsible for all corporate IT infrastructure and works with other technical teams to indirectly support the company's clients.

We are looking for seasoned leader with a wide-ranging level of technical and leadership skills, in several IT areas including systems, infrastructure, networking and cloud. Experience in mid-large environment (1000+ users) that relies on automation is highly sought. We expect good track record of delivering end-to-end projects including not only technical work, but also coordination and stakeholder management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complex corporate network infrastructures across the global business estate but with a particular focus of the North America region
- Develop a team of IT specialists, providing them with clear objectives, continual development opportunities and guidance towards common goals
- Expected to work in a matrix-management setup with dual reporting lines to the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager and the Regional Director of IT (North America)
- Emphasize and instill in the team the importance of low TTR (Time to Respond and Time To Resolve) service performance metrics
- Organise and be available to participate in an on-call incident support rotation
- Lead and mentor the team to improve troubleshooting skills and deliver results at pace but at the same time find a delicate balance between project delivery, BAU (business as usual) tasks and incident support
- Confidently produce presentations and documentation to give visibility of projects and processes to management and the wider Enterprise IT team
- Create a fun working environment that keeps the entire team motivated to work hard and keep focused
- Be able to work flexible hours due to different time zones and attend meetings outside normal office hours
- Perform additional duties and tasks that may be assigned by the manager in line with business exigencies

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft operating systems
- Previous Infrastructure team lead experience in organisation of 500+ users
- Strong knowledge of virtualisation and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Strong customer focus and knowledge of IT Service Management standards and procedures
- Problem solving skills and analytical thinking/innovation
- Good command in both written and oral English
- Excellent communicator, analytical and organised
