**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Making the patty on the Grill and in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients according to recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Participate in kitchen clean-up duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Comfortable to be in Hot Environment for more than 5 hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
