We are currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic **Part-Time Cook/Prep** to support our kitchen team for the evening bar & lounge service.

**Position Overview**:
As a Part-Time Cook/Prep, you will assist in preparing and cooking food for the evening menu, including appetizers, entrees, and bar snacks. You'll ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency in a fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and brand standards
- Set up workstations and prep ingredients for service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory levels
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and hotel staff to ensure timely service
- Perform closing and cleaning duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Food Handler Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Schedule**:

- Evening shifts
- 15-32 hours per week, depending on business levels

Pay: $24.22 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
