We are currently looking for a **Creative Coordinator** to join our Western Canada Creative team This position reports to the Creative Director.

Join our team as the Creative Coordinator. Focused on Western Canada, this role also supports Stingray’s national creative and production team. Preferred location is Edmonton or Calgary, but applicants located anywhere Stingray has an office will be considered.
- **Your day-to-day**_
- Input supplied scripts and audio into WideOrbit, creating workflow projects as needed.
- Track outstanding materials and updates, keeping information current and accessible for the team.
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth production workflow.
- Oversee scheduling and materials to keep projects organized and on track.
- Support national creative initiatives and special projects across radio and digital platforms.
- Take on additional administrative responsibilities as the role evolves.
- **Your qualifications**_
- Administrative experience/training in scheduling and file management, with curiosity to learn new tools and systems.
- Experience using workflow or project management software; familiarity with WideOrbit Traffic is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling time-sensitive tasks.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in scheduling, file management, and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with strong overall computer literacy.
- Post-secondary education in administration, broadcasting or equivalent experience.
