Dental - Treatment Coordinator

Our growing practice is looking for an experienced treatment coordinator to join our well established and fun workplace. We value each team member and offer growth to those who want to excel in the dental field.

Our future team member will have:

- Educate patients while answering questions, and addressing uncertainties regarding payment and treatment options
- Update client information on Abeldent software and handle all benefit-related forms and submissions
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and courteously, modelling top service, empathy, and care standards at all times.
- Adhere to clinic policies and best practices to deliver outstanding service to all clients (i.e. complete all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, etc.) in an accurate and timely fashion
- The ability to achieve goals set out by the Chief Operations Officer and Regional Manager
- 2+ years of dental treatment coordination experience in a similar environment
- Strong client service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
- The ability to present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and create value for the proposed treatment
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
