**As a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator, you will support the Corporate Marketing Team, Partners, and Leadership Team with the following**:

- Creation, editing, and submission of high-quality proposal content to clients, including building response templates and compiling relevant content of response materials in accordance with bid requirements.
- Coordinating proposals with various collaborators and stakeholders throughout the process from kickoff to final submission.
- Assisting in creating, maintaining, and updating the library of proposal content and assets, including team resumes, project profiles, and corporate project experience.
- Compiling, writing, editing, and proofreading document material to ensure quality, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Supporting corporate marketing and communications initiatives identified in the Marketing Team Plan, as required.
- Generating ideas and content for social media posts and campaign support.
- Coordinating and supporting event planning.
- Handling industry event registrations and maintaining the corporate event calendar.
- Preparing and coordinating award submissions, including creative writing, photo selection, client approvals, and ensuring submission meets award requirements.
- Bonus: Video production and editing skills.

**On your resume, we will be looking for the following qualifications**:

- Formal education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Administration is preferred
- Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Premiere Pro is considered an asset
- Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills
