Come join the Pedalheads team for Summer We are looking for Camp Leaders (Managers & Supervisors) who will run our 2-week only Bike children’s camps and help create breakthrough, happy dancing, high-fiving, “I did it” moments.

**Who are we**:
We are a fast-growing leader in children’s programming who offer high-quality bike and swimming lessons across North America.

**The Opportunity**
- Camp Managers are responsible for managing all activities at their respective camps.
- Camp Supervisors will be primarily teaching their own group of 5-6 campers however they will also assist the Camp Manager with various operational responsibilities around their assigned camp.
- You don’t have to be a bike expert because we provide training for our programs for you to get going in your new role

**WORK DATES**:

- June 30 - July 4
- July 7 - July 11

**LOCATIONS**:

- Little Mountain - Sir Richard McBride Elementary
- Arbutus - Prince of Wales Mini School
- Brentwood - Aubrey Elementary

**WAGES**:

- Camp Managers: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour
- Camp Supervisors: $18.15 /hour

**What you’d be responsible for**

In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build, in this role, you’ll also be:

- ** Program Management** - Ensure that program delivery and safety standards are maintained, and that every participant has a positive and rewarding experience at Pedalheads. This will require lots of hands-on involvement teaching the kids.
- ** Human Resources/Employee Relations**:

- manage Instructors, and Volunteers, mentoring and motivating your team.
- ** Customer Service** - Be willing to go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
- ** Operations** - Manage equipment and supplies for your camp.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**

Here are some of the skills/ specifics and experience that are important for this role:

- We are looking for people with experience managing, coaching, or supervising youths ages 13 through 24, preferably in a camp or sport environment.
- They will be dynamic leaders who bring out the best in their teams through mentorship, motivation, and hands-on leadership.
- Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate
- Criminal record check required for ages 18+
- You have access to a bike and helmet and are able to ride a bike proficiently.
