MSCP provides highly innovative technical and organizational solutions for Heat Management in the Energy sector. It was founded in 2011 to assist the Oil and Gas Industry but it is rapidly expanding into Water treatment and Renewables.
**The Market**
Our Heat Management System is rooted in the synchronization and coordination of a complex network of value-added activities that need to be tailored to the specific needs of increasingly quality-sensitive Clients.
**The Model**
In order to deliver prompt, reliable and effective services, MSCP has embraced a genuinely systemic approach to management and an organizational model that overcomes completely the conventional Hierarchical/Functional, Siloed structure. Our System is designed and operated as a Network of interdependent processes and its effectiveness is entirely predicated on its correct management.
In order to operate successfully, this model needs individuals willing to accept the professional and personal challenges of this new, NON “command and control” based paradigm.
**The Position - Human Resources Administrator**
We are looking for an individual who can organize and manage the activities that support the delivery of our services all through the value network, from onboarding, to employee training, payroll and ongoing engagement strategies. She/He will be embedded in all the processes making up our Organizational system and completely empowered to act in them. She/He will be an integral part of the delivery of the service in a non-hierarchical, network like way.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of new employees through our in house training program - MSCP School
- Manage the human resources program and processes and continually improve them in order to best suit the needs of the Operations team and employee growth
- Stay up to date on employment standards and guidelines on both the provincial and federal level
- Improve and manage the employee review and engagement programs
- Conduct reference and background checks as required
- Process payroll utilizing 3rd party payroll system
- Manage all aspects of the Health Benefits plan
- General administration support when required
**Role Requirements**
- Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- High level proficiency in Microsoft products, payroll software and google classroom platform
- 3+ years working in a fast-paced organization, with 3+ years payroll experience
- Individual who strives in a growing organization where things change rapidly
- Detail orientated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
