**WHO WE ARE HIRING FOR**

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES**
- Drive House iD sales both in-store and within the broader Toronto market.
- Seek opportunities for collaboration to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Create and implement effective retail strategies for the store.
- Develop a programming plan, including shopping/sales events and co-branded events, etc.
- Lead the planning and execution of daily in-store activations, including workout classes and other events.
- Champion the HOUSE iD brand and foster a cohesive team culture among store staff.
- Provide training for the in-store team and oversee all in-store customer interactions.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store organization, cleanliness, and other aspects of store management.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and Shopify POS processes to support brand objectives, convey product details to customers, and drive clothing sales.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing KPI data to inform critical business decisions.
- Manage inventory and coordinate restocking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Innovate and adapt sales techniques to align with the market's needs.
- Execute hands-on marketing activities to bolster the store's presence and programming.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the retail, sales, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining organization in a high-paced environment.
- Possesses a business owner mindset with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exhibits an independent work ethic, excels in time management, and upholds personal accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a valuable asset.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Suite: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Toronto, ON M5V 1L7 (required)
