We’re searching for an experienced program manager with a background in commercial facilities management and corporate offices who is looking for the next growth opportunity in a leadership role. You have a knack for leading programs of projects such as workplace planning, tenant fit-ups and improvements, commercial building renovations and system upgrades as well the interest and aptitude for process development and improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively lead a portfolio of projects, processes and events by; tracking progress, resolving issues, escalating risks, managing dependencies, ensuring sufficient resourcing and financial oversight and reporting to achieve corporate benefits
- Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers
- Execute projects ranging from workplace planning and strategy development to corproate office fit-ups and improvements, commercial building renovations and system upgrades, energy and sustainability programs and more
- Project manage select projects to sucessful completion
- Lead stakeholder engagement and management for your program of projects working across both functional and business leadership levels
- Report across the client’s business at multiple levels including senior leadership, project teams, working groups and operations to summarize high level project plans, secure buy-in and ongoing support
- Identify metrics for measuring ROI using data to analyze strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Assess, procure, integrate and maintain new tools and systems in support of corporate workplace facilities
- Build trust with your clients, so they rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives
- Remain nimble and agile when addressing competing client and stakeholder requests, requirements and concerns

Qualifications:

- A university degree, college diploma or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project and program management in a fast paced, fluid and dynamic environment (i.e., private sector)
- Professional training in Program and Project Management ideally with formal certification such as PgM or PMP
- Facilities management and/or workplace planning experience is considered a strong asset
- Adaptable and can work efficiently in a highly fluid, unstructured environment with dynamic change and many unknowns
- An interest and aptitude for process development, process improvement and change management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and workplace facility challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Working knowledge of MS Project and Smartsheets
