Base pay range CA$100.00/hr - CA$115.00/hr Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, Systems Transformation (ED-ST) and the Executive Director, Regulatory Program Transformation (ED-RPT), the Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, governance, execution oversight, and communication for Business Transformation Program. The PM will collaborate closely with senior leadership and an external consulting team to ensure program outcomes are delivered on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead overall planning and governance for the Business Transformation Program, establishing program plans, charters, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate program execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Facilitate Steering Committee and Core Team meetings. Drive collaboration and consensus among executives, external consultants, and internal teams. Ensure timely communication of status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. Track KPIs, scope, budget, milestones, and risk items across the full program. Identify high-risk activities and elevate issues appropriately. Support program roadmap development and evolution. Produce consistent reporting on progress, risks, obstacles, and major decisions. Recommend and manage scope changes as needed. Required Experience & Skills University degree in IT, Information Management, Engineering, or related field. 7–10+ years of recent experience managing large-scale, technology-driven transformation programs. Strong background in budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, quality and risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in both waterfall and agile/iterative methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fluid, evolving environments. Strong business acumen and financial oversight capability. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflict, and lead teams through complex change. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively. Only candidates local to Vancouver, BC will be considered. Thanks for your interest.
