We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team and assist in providing seamless service to our guests.
**Position Overview**:
The Server Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the flow of service and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will support the waitstaff and kitchen by assisting with table setup, running food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that tables are set up to the highest standards before guests arrive.
Help maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including clearing plates, glassware, and silverware.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication between the servers, kitchen, and management.
Assist with any guest needs or requests, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to answer guest questions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:
2-3yr experience in a similar role (server, busser, or restaurant assistant) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift heavy trays and dishes.
