Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef
- Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen setting or similar role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques and methods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Certification in food safety is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$23.31 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
