**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your passion for food and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure safety.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sauble Beach, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
