**About Atlas Dewatering**

Atlas Dewatering Corporation, established in 1946, has well over 75 years of experience in the construction dewatering and environmental groundwater/surface water management industry. Atlas also specializes in bypass pumping systems, providing full turn-key services, pump rentals, and pump sales and service.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Admin & Accounting**:

- Work with project manager on timely issuance of progress billings
- Collect A/R, make calls to customers
- Post all cash receipts
- Record / track and issue all purchase order books
- Review all supplier invoices, match to contracts/P.O.
- Prepare supplier invoices for project manager approval
- Issues supplier cheques
- Maintain job cost reports and issue monthly to management
- Maintain equipment lists assign unit numbers to new equipment; take pictures of equipment and track major repairs. Notify insurance company of fleet additions and deletions
- Record monthly odometer readings and fuel purchases for each vehicle and responsible for vehicle plate sticker renewal; insurance etc
- Maintain key box - track and issue company property to employees - keys / access codes/credit cards/gas cards
- Coordinate/ issue and monitor through regular reporting of corporate vehicle fuel programs - Petro Canada / Esso Gas Cards
- Assist in all day-to-day accounting functions as directed
- Other duties as assigned.

**Payroll**
- Be familiar with Canadian payroll
- Work with project manager gathering timesheets for approval
- Work with head office in processing payroll
- Deal with all payroll issues i.e., hours and timesheets
- Set up new employees
- Review invoice of self employed and issue payments
- Review expense reimbursements with project manager and issue payments
- Screen resumes as directed

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, & Jonas
- Ability to work in a multi task environment
- Proven ability to operate under pressure
- Highly skilled in time management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and oral
- Accounting skills mandatory
- Experience in the Construction Industry is a strong Asset.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
