**Job Summary**:
As the Community Marketing and Promotions Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting Qualicare's home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare services in the local community. The role involves daily visits to potential referral sources and networking to increase awareness of our services. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while managing a flexible schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a marketing and business development plan for Qualicare.
- Conduct a minimum of 35 community visits per week to establish relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
- Promote Qualicare services through in-person interactions, presentations, and community outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain and manage sales accounts, meeting financial and referral generation targets.
- Collaborate on social media activities to increase visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM databases.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Must have a vehicle with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
