We're looking for an Office Administrator who is great at administrative tasks, and is a well-organized, positive person who can work effectively with both colleagues and clients. The main responsibilities of this position include managing office equipment and finding creative ways to reduce costs while improving customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process invoices from the accounting team.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices.
- Calculate and record payment amounts.
- Oversee the maintenance of accounting records.
- Keep track of current accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Communicate pertinent information to the accounting team and stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
