We are looking for an **enthusiastic** sales representative to contribute in generating sales for our team at Pyro. You will be responsible for closing sales deals face-to-face with customers and maintaining good relationships. An effective sales representative must be an **excellent communicator** and have superior **people skills**. They must be comfortable presenting products or services as well as dealing with complaints and doubts, and overcoming objections. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services (Telus fibre optiks campaign)
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven

**Salary**: $800.00-$1,300.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
