**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services (**Telus Fibre Optiks**) and their unique selling points (trust us, they're amazing).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and quotas (don't worry, we'll teach you some Jedi mind tricks).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service that makes them feel like royalty.

**Training Program**:
We are proud to provide a hands-on training program for everyone who joins our team It doesn’t matter if you do or don’t have sales experience, we will show you the ins and outs of everything you need to know to sell. Our program was specially tailored to have representatives selling within the first week of starting with us. In this you will learn how to do the following:

- Pitch a customer
- Build rapport
- Solve a customer's problems
- Tonality & body language
- Handle objections
- Have fun

**Mandatory requirements**:

- You live in Kelowna BC, or are able to commute
- Are able to pass a standard background check
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a great attitude

Pay: $700.00-$1,300.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
