One of our customers on the Oomple platform is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all sales and business development initiatives in order to successfully drive REV’s business growth through the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing clients primarily in northern Alberta’s oil sands market, as well as western Canada’s oil & gas markets. This position will require strong organizational skills with a demonstrated expertise in CRM management and developing effective marketing tools that are industry focused and builds
customer relationships. Utilizing our strategic plan, this position is responsible for helping REV increase its exposure within the industry, gain better understanding of market changes, and network within industry circles to identify clients and opportunities for the company to secure new markets and clients.

**Capable of traveling** - minimum 25% of the time

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
We’re in search of talented individuals who excel at providing solutions and possess a proven history of success in sales. Experience working in the market with a focus on electrical solutions would be ideal. Effective time and priority management are essential, along with having the tenacity to find win-win solutions. You’ll engage with diverse stakeholders, underscoring the importance of excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt and influence are vital.

**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with REV products or services
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue and margin from key accounts
- Lead the account planning process effectively and ensure the execution of account plans
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships
- Developing budgets annually and forecasting monthly account key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics for each client
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both REV and the client
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market
- Analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, PMO, Manufacturing and Engineering, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations
- Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements
