Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented **Field Operations Supervisors** to lead our field teams in delivering high-quality vegetation management services. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and uphold Blueweed’s high standards of service delivery. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, promote teamwork, and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field activities of vegetation management crews to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Monitor work quality, safety practices, and compliance with environmental regulations across all job sites
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to team members to enhance skills and performance
- Schedule and assign crews based on project scope, client requirements, and operational priorities
- Conduct site inspections to confirm work completion and address issues or client concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records related to job progress, safety incidents, equipment usage, and crew hours
- Collaborate with management to improve workflows, enhance safety procedures, and implement new techniques and technologies

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leadership experience supervising field teams in vegetation management or a related industry
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crews, clients, and management
- Ability to assess job sites efficiently and make sound decisions in dynamic field conditions
- Valid Pesticide Applicator License (Industrial, Landscape, Aquatic, and/or Forestry considered assets)
- Safety certifications such as H2S Alive, CSO, Confined Space, Intermediate First Aid, and CPR (assets or required depending on role)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 - 65 per week
