The Company:
Everest has been in business since 1992, and is the leading toy, game, and gift manufacturer and distributor in North America, with our head office located in Ancaster, Ontario.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, fun, passionate, and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator. This position will work closely with our National Account Managers by providing administrative support for large retail accounts.

The Opportunity:

- Work with National Account Managers to ensure that all support and administrative tasks related to the support of key retail accounts is completed;
- EDI order processing, including: issuing and managing POs, reviewing orders for accuracy, submitting ASNs, monitoring ship dates, preparing and printing of labels, invoicing, and resolving order discrepancies;
- Verification of all documents to ensure compliance with retailer requirements;
- Assist with presentations, pricing quotes, image uploads, and the completion of item set up forms;
- General administrative duties; and
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 to 3 years of sales account support and administration experience is required;
- Working knowledge of EDI is an asset;
- Working knowledge of Retail Link is an asset;
- Must possess excellent analytical skills, with high attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Details:

- Permanent, full-time Sales Coordinator position;
- Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; and
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits plan.
