**Who is Feedback Solutions?**

We are a cleantech company with a patented technology platform that can produce meaningful GHG emission reduction in buildings. Our customers include top tier Universities, progressive Commercial Landlords and Municipalities. We have multiple installations in Ontario, Alberta, and New York with plans to further penetrate these markets as well as to enter additional markets including the balance of the US, Europe, and Asia.

**Who are we looking for?**

The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of new customer accounts. You will also be a key architect of Feedback’s business development strategy including the assessment of trade show and conference opportunities along with other business development activities such as the development and promotion of webinars.

You are enthusiastic and confident in your ability to influence and negotiate with customers and prospects and you are comfortable presenting to C level decision makers. You are a flexible team player interested in working for an up-and-coming cleantech company with big plans for growth.

A strong interest in battling climate change would make you a good fit with our company culture.

**Where will I work?**

We are a hybrid organization and typically work from our Burlington office 3 days a week. The balance of your week can be completed from your home office. Some travel may be required.

**What Would I Do?**

Maintain positive customer relationships

Research and reach out to potential new customers

Lead generation

Prepare proposals including fee and ROI calculations

Manage the CRM system

Attend trade shows and conferences

Prepare Power Point presentations

Actively participate in social media engagement

**What skill set is required?**

Post-Secondary Education preferably in Business, Marketing or Sales

4+ years of experience in inside sales or field sales, account management or business development

Effective at Lead Generation

Social media engagement skills and digital presence

Proficient in Power Point

Ability to research effectively using external tools

Self-directed and results oriented

Experienced and comfortable in engaging with C-suite executives

Flexible to complete tasks outside of job description as required

**We offer competitive salaries, a bonus program, and benefits.**

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
