a **full-time** OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST. If you are an excellent communicator, like working with the public, can use a multi-line phone system, and can create positive first impression with our customers we’d like to hear from you
You will be responsible for
- Conveying a positive and welcoming first impression to all Showroom visitors, customers, and guests
- Answering phone calls (using multi-line system), referring inquiries, answering questions, making beverages for guests when required.
- Entering data into computer, maintaining records, or other clerical duties as may be required
To be successful,
- Have reception / customer service experience
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal / written) - English
- Have excellent attention to details and able to multi-task
- Show interest or background in interior design / cabinetry considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
