**Position Overview**

The Route Sales Representative creates positive relationships with route customer to allow for growth and success of the Rentals Division. They are responsible for communicating with clients in person and via phone calls to serve our clients' needs, submit sales orders, and generate interest on potential new clients. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Rentals Division with pick ups, deliveries, and servicing Portable Toilets when required. This person must be extremely driven to grow the sales in the division as well as person.

This position is full-time and permanent.

**Salary**:Base Salary + Commissions paid bi-weekly

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business and service opportunities from existing and new clients.
- Process customer quotes and bid proposals, following up regularly until closed.
- Visit potential and existing customer locations to perform quality inspections
- Promote King’s products or services by actively listening to customer concerns, providing guidance on our services to suit their needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize clients' requests to ensure that inquiries are solved in a timely manner.
- Work and communicate with all departments, so customer needs are appropriately managed
- As required assist the Rentals Division with the delivery, pick and servicing of portable toilets and fencing

**Requirements**:

- High School with the equivalent combination of office education and work experience
- Minimum of one-year sales service experience required, portable toilet servicing considered an asset
- Clean driving abstract
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office or custom databases
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage your time.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, growing team environment
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with keen attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
