**The Sales Representative will be responsible for**:
**New Sales Strategy**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant sales strategies

**Relationship management**
- Engage with existing and new customers both in-person at our Winnipeg or Saskatchewan office and on-site in communities to understand their construction and renovation goals.
- Provide personalized sales support.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with our Ready-to-Move (RTM) and Construction teams to expand service offerings and develop project solutions.
- Communicate customer needs and transition the management of the construction project to internal departments.

**Reporting and Communication**
- Support cross-department collaboration to meet customer expectations and project deadlines.
- Participate and lead sales training for existing employees as required.
- Take on additional assignments as needed to support team objectives.
- Experience in sales or customer service within the building materials, construction, or housing sectors.
- Familiarity with working in Northern communities is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently or as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction basics, including blueprint interpretation, is beneficial.
- Self-motivated with a professional and culturally respectful approach.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; some travel is required to non-urban locations.
