**First Nation Sales Support / Inside Sales**

**Rate of Pay**: Depending on Experience

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide sales support to account managers and outside sales personnel in a timely manner;
- Assist customers with their building materials inquires in a friendly and knowledgeable manner;
- Assist with sales orders and purchase orders, within ERP software;
- Communicate with appropriate departments to ensure adequate supply of merchandise is in stock;
- Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors as required;
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales support would be viewed as an asset;
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials is an asset but not required;
- A proven ability to adapt, multi-task, work both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills, logical and efficient, with attention to detail;
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced demanding environment;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems are considered an asset;
- Highly motivated;
- Reliable vehicle is required, as this a non-bus route.
