Review the daily guest arrivals report and work with the guest services agents to ensure all stay preferences and special requests are met
- Review reservations made from the previous day
- Review reservation cancellations
- Review duplicate reservations
- Action and respond to correspondence in the reservation’s inbox
- Ensure all necessary reservations deposits are processed for the day and for the following several weeks
- Along with the Revenue Manager, monitor and balance Hotel room Inventory in PMS system and Concerto
- Open and follow-up Support Tickets with Opera and / or Concerto
- Communicate sales related correspondence from the reservation’s inbox to the Sales & Catering team
- Prepare group arrival and day files
- Merge duplicate profiles in PMS system
- Update guest PMS profiles with QA comments in IHG Feedback; close feedback accordingly
- Respond to all follow up for folio/receipt requests. Pass on any escalated inquiries regarding incorrect billing methods to front desk management and/or rate discrepancies for LNR/KNR and group rates to appropriate Sales Manager
- Previous experience in Reservations and Front Office is preferred
- Prior experience in Opera PMS system required
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and detail oriented
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the Director of Front Office and Guest Services or their designate
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
