**Job duties**:

- Preparation and drafting documents for real estate closings (residential and commercial): Purchase, Sale, Refinance, Private Mortgages and Title transfers
- Preparation of corporate documents: Incorporations, Resolutions, Maintenance of Minute Books
- Manage a file from opening to completion independently ensuring the accuracy of all documents with great attention to detail
- Administrative and reception duties including filing, mailing, organizing files, telephone communication with clients, brokers, financial institutions and more
- Perform other duties as required

**Experience and skills required**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as real estate law clerk in Canada is a must.
- Knowledge of Corporate Law is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer, Lawyer Done Deal, RealtiWeb, Minute Box, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat is a must.
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing and Numeracy skills are imperative.
- Ability to handle large workload and multiple closings with strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be flexible in working hours.
- Long term commitment will be required.

**Salary**: Will be offered based on your experience

Education: Secondary School. Law Clerk Diploma will be preferred.
