Job Expectations/Qualifications:
1- Great at interacting with all members and coaches

6- Organized and neat with paperwork, documents and membership portal
7- Comfortable on social media, and can easily make posts and stories regularly
8- Able to keep track of inventory and ordering equipment
9- Confident and outgoing personality
10- Has a desire and passion for health and wellness and helping others reach their goals
11- Lives an active lifestyle
12- Comfortable with explaining how to use equipment and exercises (with training)
13- Comfortable with all cleaning duties: Vacuum, mopping, windows, washrooms, equipment
14- Participates in classes, and club events
15- Feels comfortable with occasionally helping with kid group classes (dryland training for large groups/helper)
16- Comfortable for public club promotion at exterior events (tradeshows)
**Job Description**:
2- Current schedule: Monday and Wednesdays
3- Available for more hours come January (Monday-Friday tbd)
4- Available to work 3-6/630 on respectable days
6- Create and post minimum twice a week on social media + stories as often as possible
7- Responsible as a key holder
8- Takes responsibility in decision making and the role
9- Can navigate conflict in a positive manner, and understands open communication
