We are looking for a Project Manager to help us manage Indoor Wireless Solutions. You will be responsible for our success with Distributed Antenna System, Wi-Fi and Two-way radio projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Identify new sales opportunities and help Business Development team promote new sales

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Project Management Duties (as above) - 75%.

2. Sales Support - 15%

3. Management meetings - 10%

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
Professional, technical or administrative knowledge required to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities.
- University degree with focus on electronics/RF engineering is preferred
- Project management of business analysis experience. PMP is strongly preferred
- Adobe Acrobat
- Experience managing people or a team
- Experience reporting to management

**SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING/LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS**

Any special skills, training, licenses or certifications needed to perform the job duties. Examples: other languages, special math or writing skills, experience with specific tools, equipment, computer hardware or software, knowledge of special terminology.
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, B. Sc. or similar is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork focus
- Innovative and open minded to new techniques and technologies
- Attitude focused on team success and improving the customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
