**Location**: North Etobicoke, Ontario (Highway 27 & 407 area)

**Job Type**: Part-time or Full-time (In-Office Only)
**Salary**: $20 - $25.00 per hour
**Expected Hours**: 22 - 28 per week
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Flexible Schedule)

We are an established heating and air conditioning company based in North Etobicoke, providing top-quality HVAC services to commercial and industrial clients. We are seeking an **experienced Office Administrator** to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- **Purchasing & Quotes**: Assist with procurement and preparing quotes/tender documents.
- **Invoicing & Payroll Assistance**: Support financial processes as needed.
- **Data Management**: Maintain spreadsheets and records with accuracy.
- **Office Maintenance**: Keep the office organized and tidy.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Maintain and manage health and safety documents.
- **General Office Duties**: Assist with other office-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Must be a **Canadian citizen** or **legally eligible to work in Canada**:

- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practice
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

**Preferred Experience**

✔ Working knowledge of **Sage 50 Accounting** (an asset)

✔ Experience in the **construction or HVAC industry** (an asset)
✔ Familiarity with **Service Box software or other dispatching software** (an asset)
