The Technical HRIS Analyst role supports the NORAM businesses by maintaining the functional and technical integrity of the HR Information Systems and integrations between the HRIS Platforms and third-party vendors. This role reports to the Director HR Operations and services the transport business.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure integrity and quality of data in the HRIS database including, but not limited to, security roles, organizational structures, reporting catalogs, and staffing details; take necessary actions to update the system
- Subject matter expert in Workday Integrations. Accountable for integration configuration and changes as requested by internal teams or third-party vendors - facilitate communications and solutions across groups
- Participate with testing for new HRIS rollouts
- Monitor and respond to end-user requests regarding system complications or malfunctions
- Correspond with global HR and HRIS teams regarding new or requested system configuration
- Assist with mass data input during large changes, including - but not limited to - restructures, acquisitions, and annual compensation reviews
- Ensure the appropriate end-users are receiving the data necessary to complete their work in a proficient and timely manner, while also ensuring data privacy and system integrity

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday, a similar HRIS system, or relevant IT experience
- Integration experience to a variety of enterprise solutions from vendors including Active Directory and other systems in Microsoft stack, ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), and other HCM solutions (i.e. Ultimate, ADP, Ceridian, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 5-8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field of study with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, SQL
- Must be able to think analytically and with a big-picture perspective; anticipate downstream impacts to system changes
- Experience managing complex people technology solution from design to delivery and post go live

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification (or proof of licensed training) in Workday Integrations
- Database management experience
- Background on designing solution architecture, system process design and automation of manual processes
