Our client in the public sector is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all things HRIS, ensuring the platform is optimized to support people, processes and policies. You will work closely with various departments to maintain data integrity and deliver meaningful analytics that drive informed decision-makingLocation: Toronto, ONOn-Site: five days a week Salary: $100,000 annuallyAdvantages- Three weeks vacation, paid personal days, and benefits from day one. - The opportunity to lead HRIS-related projects including system implementations, migrations, and integrations.- Responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to automate HR processes and optimize system functionality.- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.Responsibilities- Perform user setup, manage security roles/permissions, and oversee workflows.- Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and ensure compliance with security policies.- Collect and interpret HR data to design dashboards, produce metrics, and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.- Provide first- and second-level support for system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.- Develop user guides and training materials; train HR team members and end-users on system functionality.- Maintain accurate and timely data integration between the HRIS and other internal systems.Qualifications- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboard creation, and HRIS systems. - Experience working with HR teams to understand the HR processes, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compensation.- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong collaboration skills.
