Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM)

About Us:
Centennial Tire and Auto Service is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive repair shop in Hamilton, Ontario. We specialize in servicing both retail clients and used car dealerships. With three hoists and four bays, we pride ourselves on quality work, honest service, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Write detailed repair orders and job estimates
- Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians
- Provide updates and recommendations to customers during service
- Handle service scheduling and manage shop workflow
- Create and close work orders using shop management software
- Ensure all customer authorizations are properly documented
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Coordinate with parts suppliers and technicians as needed
- Handle basic cashier and payment processing tasks
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Assist with warranty claims and dealership communications if required Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service (3+years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Experience with shop management software (Mitchell 1 or ShopKey is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
