**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize your expertise in automotive parts to accurately identify customer needs and source the required parts for Volvo vehicles.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely parts orders, inventory management, and delivery.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient parts department by properly cataloging, labeling, and shelving incoming parts, as well as conducting regular inventory checks.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding the status of their parts orders, providing updates on availability, delivery times, and any potential delays.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Volvo parts and accessories, product knowledge, and industry trends through continuous learning and training.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations in the handling, storage, and disposal of automotive parts and materials.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and targets by actively promoting parts and accessories sales to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an automotive parts role is preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive parts and components.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, parts cataloging, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with parts cataloging systems and inventory management software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
