As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Nurturing existing customer relationships by ensuring a high service level and customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with inquiries, purchase orders, and resolving customer requests
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries quickly and diligently
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Collaborating with the outside sales team and other departments
- Becoming an expert in our product offering in order to provide a tailored service to customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, self-starter and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and grow with our company
- Bilingual French/English oral and written
